丁国骅，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。南京师范大学生态学专业博士毕业。新加坡国立大学访问学者。浙江省高校中青年学科带头人培养对象，浙江省高校领军人才培养计划高层次拔尖人才培养对象，丽水市“138”人才第一层次培养对象。丽水学院首届丽院之星。浙江省生态学会第七届理事会理事。中国动物学会动物行为学分会青年委员。中国声学学会生物声学分会青年委员。《生态学杂志》第一届青年编辑委员会编委。主要从事动物行为和生理生态、生态毒理和生物多样性等领域的研究。主持国家、省部级科研项目3项，企事业单位产学研合作项目7项，项目经费累计100余万，发表SCI和SSCI源论文50余篇。
目前主要研究领域：动物繁殖及伪装行为生态学、新型污染物生态毒理学，崇安髭蟾热生理和行为生态学研究。
