郭圣荣：男，汉族，江西樟树人，1976年4月出生。中共党员，博士，教授。2014年到美国威斯康辛大学麦迪逊分校进行访学一年，2016年9月获得博士学位。主持浙江省自然科学基金项目3项，参与国家自然科学基金项目1项，主持市科技局项目2项，近5年来，在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Org.Lett., Chem. Commun., Synlett, Tetrahedron. Lett等重要专业学术刊物上发表研究论文20余篇，其中SCI一区论文4篇。先后获得过“丽水市138人才”、丽水学院“先进工作者”、“教坛新秀”及丽水市优秀共产党员等荣誉。担任多家公司的技术顾问，社会服务能力较强。
